NEET Application 2025: Fingerprint Impression Upload Format & Size Details

With the NEET UG exam 2025 fast approaching, candidates must be fully prepared with the required documents for the day of exam. They must also complete the NEET Application 2025 and upload the documents in the correct format & size specified on the instructions page. The fingerprint impression upload must be in the correct format & size without any blurriness.

 


The NEET Application 2025 filling commenced on February 7th, 2025, and will end on March 7th, 2025. Candidates must fill in the application form and upload all the needed documents, including fingerprint impression upload in the required format. Required Documents for the NEET UG Exam 2025

 

 

Candidates must complete the NEET Application 2025 to participate in the NEET exam. They must prepare the following documents in advance and carry them on the exam day. The preparation of documents in advance will help candidates avoid last-minute hassles.

 

 

  • Valid Government ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Aadhaar ID, Voter ID, Ration Card, or any document issued by the Government of India)
  • Same passport-size photo as on the NEET Application 2025 form
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)
  • Admit card for NEET UG 2025
  • Application fee receipt for NEET UG 2025
  • Hall Ticket

 

 

Note: Candidates must keep the same passport-size photo as on the NEET Application 2025 form. The photo must be clear and without smudges. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the Admit card on its official website. Candidates must double-check and ensure that all the details on the Admit card are correct and without errors. If they notice any error, they must immediately report to the counselling authority and get it corrected. Once the admit card is released, candidates will also get the direct link to download the NEET 2025 hall ticket.

Required Documents to Upload in NEET Application 2025

 

 

The NEET Application 2025 filling window opened on February 7th, 2025. Candidates must submit their NEET Application 2025 after filling in the required details and uploading the specified documents, including fingerprint impression upload in the correct format & size by March 7th, 2025. Registrations after the deadline will not be entertained. Incomplete information or documents uploaded (including fingerprint impression upload) in the incorrect format may result in the cancellation of the NEET Application 2025. Here is a list of documents to upload along with the required format to complete the NEET Application 2025.

 

 

  • Recent Passport-size Photograph (Photograph Upload): Document Upload Format - JPG/ JPEG format; Size – 10 KB to 200 KB
  • Candidate Signature: JPG/ JPEG format; Size – 10 KB to 50 KB
  • Postcard-size Photo (4*6): JPG/ JPEG format; Size – 10 KB to 200 KB
  • Fingerprint Impression Upload: JPG/ JPEG format; Size – 10 KB to 200 KB
  • Scanned Copy of Category Certificate (if applicable): PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • Scanned Copy of Class 10 or Equivalent Certificate: PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • Scanned Copy of Class 10 or Equivalent Marksheet: PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • If Class 10 or Equivalent Marks are in CGPA, then scanned copy of Conversion / Equivalent Certificate: PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • Scanned Copy of Identity Proof: JPG/ JPEG format; Size – 10 KB to 200 KB
  • Scanned Copy of PwD /PwBD /UDID Certificate (if applicable): PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • Scanned Copy of Address Proof (Present and Permanent): Address Proof Format - PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB
  • Scanned Copy of NRI / OCI/ Foreigner Certificate/ Documentary Proof: PDF format; Size – 50 KB to 300 KB

 

 

Note for NEET Application 2025: Candidates must strictly adhere to the formats and file sizes while uploading the documents in the NEET Application 2025. The fingerprint impression uploads must be clear and without smudges in NEET Application 2025.

 

Tips to Avoid Smudges in Thumb Impressions: Candidates must ensure that their fingers are dry to avoid smudges in thumb impressions. They must use less ink and press their fingers firmly and evenly against the paper. Candidates must then gently remove their fingers.
