• NEET PG MDMS: After accessing the website, candidates must scroll down to find ‘NEET PG MDMS’ (under the ‘Online Applications’ section) and click on it
  
  
• Click on the Application Link: Candidates must carefully read through the ‘important instructions’ before further scrolling to ‘Click here to apply’ and clicking on it
  
  
• Read Additional Instructions: After clicking on ‘Click here to apply’, candidates will get additional instructions, which again they must carefully go through. They must then tick the ‘I have read the instructions’ box before clicking on ‘Apply’.
  
  
• Enter the Required Details: Candidates must enter all the required information such as their roll number, All India score, AIR, date of completing MBBS, and other vital details. If they do not have an AIR, candidates must enter ‘0’ against the All India Rank. They must also enter their academic details, email ID, and mobile number. Failing to enter all the required information or upload the necessary documents will result in the cancellation of the application form. Candidates must ensure that they enter their correct email ID and phone number, as all official correspondences will be done through them.
  
  
• Recheck the Entered Details: It is vital for candidates to recheck the entered details before clicking on submit. • Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K or Ladakh, as the case may be 
  
  
• Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018 to be certified by the Director of Health Services concerned
  
  
• NEET-PG Score Card 2025 
  
  
• NMC/MCI clearance certificate for candidates possessing an MBBS degree from outside the country 
  
  
• Valid EWS certificate as per SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019 
  
  
• NOC from Government/Competent Authority for in-service candidates to pursue MD/MS/PGD Courses-2025 
  
  
• For candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh, an undertaking in the form of a compulsory Service Bond (available on the BOPEE Website) that he/she shall serve in the UT of Ladakh for the prescribed period immediately after completing MD/MS/PGD degrees 
  
  
• For candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh, their ST certificate issued by the competent authority shall be treated as a Domicile Certificate
