KAHER Medical Fees 2026-27: MBBS, BDS, BAMS & BHMS Fee Structure
The KLE Academy of Higher Education & Research, Belagavi, has released the General and NRI category fee structures for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS courses for the academic year 2026-27 on its official website (for all its associated institutes). The MBBS fee structure for the general category candidates at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belagavi, for the 1st year is Rs. 22,10,000/-.

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC), Belagavi, is one of the most prestigious institutions associated with KAHER. The other institutions associated with KAHER include KLE Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorusavirmath Medical College, Hubballi (KLE JGMMMC), KLE V.K. Institute of Dental Science, Belagavi, KLE Shri.B.M.Kankanawadi Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Shahapur, Belagavi, and KLE Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Belagavi.

Here are the General and NRI category fee structures for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS courses, as on the official notice:
The below table shows the general category medical fee structure at KAHER for 2026-27 and the following years (total 5 years). The general category medical fees for all the five years at KAHER are provided in INR.
From the table above, it is clear that the MBBS fees for the general category candidates at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belagavi and KLE Jagadguru Gangadhar Mahaswamigalu Moorusavirmath Medical College, Hubballi (KLE JGMMMC) are the highest compared to other courses. The MBBS fee structure for the general category at these institutes for the first year is Rs. 22,10,000/-. From the 2nd to the 4th year, the MBBS fee structure for the general category at these institutes is Rs. Rs. 22,05,000/-. For the fifth year, the MBBS fee structure for the general category is halved to Rs. 11,05,000/-.
The BDS course at KLE V.K. Institute of Dental Science, Belagavi, is for a period of four years. For the first year, candidates must pay a sum of Rs. Rs. 5,10,000/-, and for the remaining three years, they must pay Rs. Rs. 5,05,000/- (each year).
For the BAMS course at Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Shahapur, Belagavi, candidates must Rs. Rs. 6,05,000/- for the first four years, and for the final year, they must pay Rs. 3,02,500.
BHMS is the cheapest course compared to the other courses. For the first four years, candidates must pay Rs. 2,80,000/-, and for the final year, they must pay Rs. 1,40,000/-.

The BAMS program at Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya Shahapur, Belagavi, and the BHMS program at KLE Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Belagavi, follow the same fee pattern. NRI candidates pay USD 16,000 annually during the first four years, while the fee for the fifth year is USD 8,000.
The fee structure indicates that MBBS is the most expensive program for NRI candidates, followed by BAMS and BHMS, while BDS has the lowest tuition fee among the courses listed. These amounts represent the annual tuition fees in US dollars applicable to students admitted under the NRI category for the 2026–27 academic session.
