Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2026 registration for admission is the state-level counselling process for allocating MD, MS, PG Diploma, and DNB seats in government and private medical colleges across Tamil Nadu. The Selection Committee under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) manages the process. Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2026 admission will be based on candidates’ performance and merit in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduates.
