Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 Dates, Registration, Choice Filling

 

MBBS/BDS admissions in Haryana State Counselling shall be conducted through Online Combined Centralized Counselling for all Government/Government Aided/Private Unaided Medical/Dental Institute including those under Private Universities i.e. SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram; Maharishi Markendeshwar University, Sadhopur, Ambala; PDM University, Bahadurgarh and AI-Falah University Village Dhoj, Faridabad in the State of Haryana based on the merit of NEET UG 2024.

The tentative schedule for Round I of Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 is as follows:

Important Points Regarding Haryana NEET Counselling 2024

1. The final number of seats under each category of all the Institutes shall be displayed on the website of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal University of Health Sciences, Rohtak www.uhsr.ac.in , and also on the admission web portal https://uhsrugcounselling.com before allocation. The candidates should regularly visit these websites for updates.

 

2. Admission shall be made to only those institutes that are approved/recognized for admission by MoHFW/NMC/DCI and who have obtained consent of affiliation from the concerned University per the last date as prescribed by the Government of India/ National Medical Council/ Dental Council of India/State Government.

 

3. The candidates' appearance and all original documents before the Admission Committee at Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is mandatory failing which his/her candidature will not be considered.

 

4. Any amendments by the State Government/Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare/NMC/DCI shall be applicable.

 

5. Public Notices & Amendments (If any) in the schedule etc. will be duly notified on the admission web portal.

 

6. Detailed category-wise document verification schedule will be uploaded separately on the admission portal & university website.

 

7. Any admissions made by any private medical/dental colleges including those under private university in the state at its level shall not be valid and such admission shall be considered null and void.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2024: Eligibility Criteria

 

The eligibility criteria for candidates participating in the Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 are given below:

 

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.

 

• Candidate must have qualified for NTA NEET UG 2024.

 

• The candidate must be a bonafide resident of Haryana and their parents must possess a permanent residence certificate of Haryana.

 

• For the Management Category, candidates from all over the country are eligible to apply for the management quota seats of Haryana State Counselling.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 Process

 

Haryana NEET counselling 2024 process will involve various steps such as registration, submission of the Haryana State Counselling fee, and verification of documents. Below are the details of each step that a candidate has to follow:

 

Registration

 

Candidates who wish to participate in the Haryana State Counselling must register themselves on the official website of DMER, Haryana. To register online, candidates will have to provide a valid email ID and mobile number.

 

Using the credentials generated during the registration process, log in to the registered account and proceed to fill out the application form for Haryana NEET counselling 2024. Candidates also need to pay a non-refundable Haryana State Counselling fee to submit their applications. The steps to register for Haryana NEET counselling 2024 are given below:

 

• Visit the official website of Haryana NEET Counselling 2024

 

• Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab

 

• Click on the Declaration checkbox and click on Continue

 

• Enter NEET 2024 Roll Number and NEET 2024 Application Number

 

• Click on Check NEET Details

 

• Fill up the mandatory details, upload documents, and submit

 

• Pay the application fee

 

Haryana NEET Counselling 2024 Registration Fee

Note: 

 

The above Haryana State Counselling registration fee is based on last year. The amount will be updated in case it is changed.

 

All Private Medical/Dental institutes including those under Private Universities will deposit a processing fee of INR 2,000 per sanctioned intake of seats. Candidates must note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

List of registered candidates and verification of documents

 

Post the last date for registration, DMER Haryana will release a list with the names of the candidates who have completed the registration process. Listed candidates will have to report before the Admission Committee, Pt BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak, for verification of their documents and eligibility. The candidate will be informed whether the candidate is eligible for the Haryana NEET counselling 2024 by the Admission Committee.

 

State Merit List and Choice Filling

 

Candidates found eligible will be listed according to their NEET 2024 scores. Eligible candidates will now have to fill in the choice of course/institute by logging into their registered accounts. These choices will form the basis of the seat allocation process.

 

Seat Allotment List

 

DMER Haryana will allocate the seats based on the merit of the applicants and the choices filled by them. The seat allotment list for Haryana NEET counselling 2024 will be uploaded online.

 

Reporting to the allocated institute

 

Candidates who have been allocated a seat and who wish to continue with the allocated seat, need to report to the allocated institute for confirmation of their admission. If a candidate fails to report to the allocated institute before the deadline, his/her seat will be forfeited.
