NTRUHS University has officially released the notification for exercising web options for Phase II Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) for the academic year 2024-25.

 

NTRUHS University has released a comprehensive schedule for Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling as part of the ongoing admissions process. This phase is intended for candidates seeking admission into postgraduate dental degree and diploma programs in both government and private non-minority dental colleges affiliated with the university.

Note: All candidates must log in to the university's official website to exercise their web options. It's highly recommended to watch the recorded video on the procedure for exercising web options, which is available on the university website.




The university has detailed the financial requirements for this phase, ensuring transparency for all candidates:

 

  • University Fee: Selected candidates must pay a university fee of ₹23,600/- online to access their allotment order. However, those who have already paid this fee during Phase I of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 are exempt from paying it again.

 

  • Tuition Fee: The Government of Andhra Pradesh has set the tuition fee for the Competent Authority Quota seats in private unaided dental colleges as follows:

Instructions for Candidates

 

1. Seat Matrix: The seat matrix is now available on the University website for reference. All candidates who appeared on the final merit list published on July 29, 2024, are eligible to participate in Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024.

 

2. Preparation: Candidates are advised to review the Prospectus and relevant Government Orders on PG admissions before selecting their web options.

 

3. Debarred Candidates: Candidates who participated in the 2023-24 Stray/Special Stray rounds of CQ/MQ round-wise counselling but did not report or join after seat allotment are not eligible to participate in CQ/MQ round-wise counselling for the 2024-25 academic year. The list of debarred candidates is available on the University website.

 

4. Course Discontinuation: Candidates who discontinued their course starting from the academic year 2021-22, regardless of their admission batch, are not eligible for the 2024-25 academic year. The list of debarred candidates is available on the University website.

 

5. Web Options:

 

  • Candidates may choose any number of specialties and colleges available, provided they meet the eligibility criteria and have a genuine interest in joining.

 

  • It is recommended to select options for all seats in all colleges according to personal preference, regardless of the current vacancy status.

 

  • Seats vacated during Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round-wise counselling (virtual vacancies) will be reallocated simultaneously during the process.

 

  • Candidates are encouraged to select courses they are truly interested in to ensure fair opportunities for others.

 

  • Candidates who are upgraded in Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 will forfeit their claim to the seat allotted in Phase I and must report to the allotted college to secure their Phase II seat.

 

6. Caution: Candidates should carefully select their options online, print their saved choices, and ensure they are genuinely interested in the courses and colleges they choose. Those who are not interested should refrain from selecting options for those courses or colleges.

 

7. University Fee: Selected candidates must log in to pay the non-refundable university fee of ₹23,600/- online to download their allotment order. Candidates who have already paid this fee do not need to pay it again.

 

8. Document Verification: Selected candidates must present original certificates, pay the tuition fee, submit required bonds, and complete the admission process by the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of admission.

 

9. Verification Process: Original certificates will be verified during admission. If any discrepancies are found, the provisional allotment will be canceled. If a candidate moves to another college, the tuition fee will be transferred to the new institution.

 

10. Free Exit Option: Candidates who have reported to their allotted seats in Phase I and/or Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 can opt for a free exit as per the provided schedule.

 

11. Eligibility for Phase II Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 Counselling

 

  • Candidates who were allotted and reported to a seat in Phase I.

 

  • Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Phase I of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling.

 

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase I but did not report to or join the allotted college.

 

  • Candidates from Phase I and Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling are eligible for upgradation up to the Phase III (Mop-Up) round only.

 

12. Eligibility for Phase III Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 (Mop-Up) Counselling

 

  • Candidates who were allotted and reported to seats in Phase I or Phase II.

 

  • Candidates who were not allotted a seat in Phase I or Phase II of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling.

 

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase I or Phase II but did not report to or join the allotted college (note: these seats will not be available for Phase III/Mop-Up web options).

 

  • Candidates who hold a seat in any phase (Phase I, Phase II, or Phase III) of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling are not eligible for Stray or any further rounds.

 

Candidates who do not join the seat allotted in Phase III are not allowed to participate in any further rounds of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling.

 

13. Sliding Between Quotas

 

A candidate who joins a Phase I Competent Authority Quota (CQ) seat can switch to a Phase II Management Quota seat, with the previously paid tuition fee being refunded, and vice versa.

 

14. Final Phase Rules

 

Candidates who exercise web options and join a seat in the final phase of Andhra Pradesh NEET MDS 2024 round wise counselling cannot withdraw from the seat. Withdrawal will result in a three-year ban from PG Dental courses in Andhra Pradesh and a penalty of ₹3,54,000/- (including 18% GST).

 

15. Fee Policy:

 

All fees paid, including the university fee and other charges, are non-refundable.
