DMET, Uttar Pradesh, released the notification regarding Round 1 Resignation on December 5^th, 2024. Candidates who were allotted seats in round 1 DMET UP NEET PG 2024 Counselling may resign if they wish. There can be instances where candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seats. These candidates can go ahead with the resignation steps; however, they must know that once a seat is resigned, they will have no claim over it. The resigned seats then become available for further counselling rounds, giving opportunities to other candidates on the merit list.

 

Candidates must visit the nodal center to complete the round 1 resignation process. The notice mentions that resignation by any other means will not be accepted. No representations of candidates will be entertained for resignation. Candidates must be physically present during the round 1 resignation of allotted seats.
