The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the notification for the NEET PG 2024 State Merit List seat registration and Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 process. Important Notice: Online Registration for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024

Per the last notification dated 26th September 2024, the JCECEB invites applications from qualified NEET PG 2024 candidates to prepare the state merit list. This Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 list will be used for conducting multiple rounds of Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024, including the first, second, third, and third vacancy rounds for admission to PG medical courses under the State Merit List.

 

The online registration for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 will be held from 27 September 2024 to 1 October 2024. Eligibility Criteria for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024

1. Academic Qualification

• Candidates who have passed MBBS from a medical institute or college in Jharkhand are eligible.

• Candidates must provide a Local Resident Certificate issued by the Circle Officer (C.O.), Sub-Divisional Officer (S.D.O.-Civil), or Deputy Commissioner (D.C.) of Jharkhand.
  
  

2. Service in State Government

• Jharkhand residents serving as doctors in the state government are eligible, even if they completed their MBBS from medical institutes outside Jharkhand. These candidates must also present a valid Local Resident Certificate issued by the authorities mentioned above.
  
  

3. Medical Council Registration

• Candidates must have Permanent or Temporary Registration from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or Jharkhand State Medical Council.
  
  
• Candidates with temporary registration must secure permanent registration by the last admission date. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission.
  
  

4. Internship

• Candidates must have completed their Rotating Internship by 15th August 2024 to be eligible for the Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 process.
  
  

Reservation Policy for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024

The reservation policy for Jharkhand NEET PG Counselling 2024 will follow the up-to-date rules set by the Government of Jharkhand. Specific categories eligible for reservation under the State merit list include:

The Government of Jharkhand offers incentive marks to candidates who have served in rural and remote areas of the state. These marks are awarded based on Sankalp No. 166(9) dated 20.04.2017.
