Karnataka NEET MDS 2024 1st Round Seat Allotment List Released.

 

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will conduct Karnataka NEET MDS 2024 counselling. Candidates qualified for the NEET MDS 2024 can apply for the KEA NEET MDS 2024 counselling. MCC will release a merit list on the official website based on registration, NEET MDS rank, state domicile, reservation, and other criteria.

 

The NEET MDS 2024 counselling is being conducted separately for the 50% AIQ seats and 50% state quota seats by the MCC and the state counselling authority, respectively. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) released the KEA’s final seat allotment for round 1 NEET MDS 2024 counselling at their official website. Candidates need to report to the allotted college by July 18, 2024. The provisional result of the NEET MDS 2024 round 1 seat allotment was declared on July 9. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) started the NEET MDS 2024 counselling process on July 1, 2024, with the registration process. The choice-filling process began on July 2, 2024. The last date of NEET MDS 2024 counselling  Round 1 registration and choice filling and locking was July 7, 2024.

 

There will be four rounds of NEET MDS 2024 counselling, and the entire process will conclude on September 14, 2024. The number of rounds will vary based on the seat vacancies. NEET MDS 2024 counselling will be conducted for admission to 50 percent of All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Only those candidates who will qualify for the exam by securing the cutoff marks will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

 

NBE released the NEET MDS 2024 merit list for 50 percent of All India Quota (AIQ) seats. This merit list lists the candidates who are eligible to participate in the NEET MDS 2024 counselling.

 

Karnataka NEET MDS 2024 Counselling Process

 

To apply for KEA MDS counselling, one has to follow the following steps:

 

Step 1 - Counselling Registration

 

• In the first step, aspirants can click on the link, which will be provided on this page.

 

• Candidates must then select the stream (medical/dental), NEET MDS roll number, application number, candidate name, date of birth, security pin, and other requested details.

 

• Also, aspirants must provide the remaining details, which must be completed successfully to complete the registration process.

 

• The login credentials will then appear on the screen, which must be preserved until the admission process is completed.

 

Step 2 - Filling out personal details

 

• In the next step of NEET MDS 2024 counselling, aspirants must enter their details, such as their father's and mother’s names, addresses, categories, and other information.

 

• Candidates must fill in the details carefully while filling the details, as the particulars, once filled out, cannot be edited, and similar information filled in here will be required at the time of document verification and admission.

 

Step 3 - Payment & Registration slip

 

• Candidates need to pay KEA NEET MDS counselling fees. The non-refundable registration and tuition fees must be paid online only through credit/debit cards and net banking.

 

• After successfully paying the KEA registration fee, the registration slip will be displayed on the screen. A printout of the registration slip must be taken, which will be helpful in the admission process.

 

• Click on ‘login’ for the next step.

 

Step 4 - Available choices

 

• At the beginning of the NEET MDS 2024 seat allotment process, the available choices will be displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.

 

• Candidates who submitted the fees for 50% AIQ/central and deemed universities can fill the choices under every category of seats.

 

Step 5 - Filling and locking of preferences

 

• To fill out preferences, candidates must click on the ‘+’ button available for every option.

 

• After the selection, the choice on the left side will automatically shift to the right-hand side of the screen.

 

• Once all the selections are made, candidates must click the ‘save and continue’ button to lock the process and then click ‘save and go to home page’ to exit.

 

• While filling in the choices, aspirants can move up and down and delete the choices. Also, they can choose to change with others.

 

Note: If any aspirant forgets to lock the preferences, the options of colleges filled will be locked automatically.

 

Step 6 - Take a printout

 

• For future use, aspirants are advised to take at least three to four printouts of the preferences filled.

 

• Anyone needing to lock their choices can take printouts of the preferences once the locking process is over.
  

 

Karnataka MDS Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria

 

The eligibility criteria to participate in the KEA NEET MDS 2024 counselling is as follows:

 

• Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have achieved NEET MDS 2024 qualification. The general category’s NEET MDS cutoff is the 50th percentile, whereas the SC/ST/OBC/PH cutoff is the 40th percentile. Candidates must also have qualified BDS from an accredited university.

 

• Internship: By the time of the KEA counselling procedure, candidates must have finished a one-year internship.
  

 

• DCI Registration: Candidates must be registered with either the State Dental Council or the Dental Council of India (DCI).

(1) NEET MDS 2024 scorecard

(2) NEET MDS 2024 Admit Card

(3) Mark sheet of BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd year, final year examinations

(4) Qualifying examination certificate, that is, BDS Degree Certificate

(5) Permanent or provisional certificate provided by DCI/Dental Council

(6) Internship completion certificate issued from the Head of the Institution

(7)10th standard certificate as proof of birth

(8) Valid Government Identity proofs (Driving License/ PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport or Aadhar Card)

(9) Physically handicap medical certificate, if required.

(10) SC/ST/OBC certificate, if required
