KEA KCET 2025 Application Document Verification Except Clause A & Clause Y

Learn about the KEA KCET 2025 application document verification process for all categories except Clause A and Clause Y. Get details on required documents, verification centers, and important dates.

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) conducts the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (KEA KCET 2025) annually to admit students into professional undergraduate courses in Engineering, Architecture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, and allied health sciences in the state of Karnataka.

As part of the KEA KCET 2025 admission process, candidates must verify their documents per the eligibility clause under which they are applying. For the academic year 2025, KEA KCET 2025 has introduced an online appointment system for document verification for candidates falling under eligibility clauses other than Clause A and Clause Y. This article provides a detailed and structured overview of the process, eligibility clauses, documentation requirements, and instructions related to the verification procedure.

Understanding KEA KCET 2025 Eligibility Clauses

The eligibility clauses specified by KEA KCET 2025 are designed to ensure that only those candidates who satisfy specific academic, residential, or employment-related criteria are eligible to participate in the counselling and admission process. These clauses are categorized from Clause A to Clause Y.

Clause A and Clause Y: Excluded Categories

Candidates under the following categories are excluded from the current online appointment process:

  • Clause A: Candidates who have studied in Karnataka for at least seven years between Standards 1 and 12.

  • Clause Y: Candidates who are children of Jammu and Kashmir migrants residing in Karnataka.

These candidates will undergo a separate verification process as per KEA's schedule.
