KEA NEET Counselling 2024 Round 2 Post Seat Allotment Dates (Out)

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced the final seat allotment of Round 2 for medical and dental on September 22. Visit cetonline.karnataka.gov.in for more details.

 

 

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore oversees the KEA NEET counselling 2024 process through cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, managing 85% of state quota seats and all seats in private colleges based on NEET 2024 scores. The final seat allotment for medical and dental seats in the second round of KEA NEET counselling 2024 was announced on September 22.

 

Candidates who have secured seats are advised to adhere to the Round 2 Post Seat Allotment Dates schedule and procedures outlined below.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 KEA NEET Counselling 2024 will not have any options to choose from and must proceed by paying the course fee, downloading the admission order, and reporting to the assigned college as per the Round 2 Post Seat Allotment Dates.

 

For candidates who have been allocated government medical seats in private colleges, it is mandatory to submit original documents along with two sets of attested photocopies. However, those who have been allotted seats in government colleges or under the NRI and other quotas in private colleges are not required to submit their original certificates.

KEA NEET Counselling 2024 - Eligibility Criteria

 

Candidates applying for KEA NEET Counselling 2024 must fulfill the eligibility criteria:

 

  • Candidates must be a citizen of India.

 

  • Candidates must have qualified for NEET 2024.

 

KEA NEET Counselling 2024 Eligibility for Government Seats:

 

  • He/she must have passed Class 10 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, he/she must have studied for seven years at a government school located in Karnataka.

 

  • He/she must have passed Class 11 and Class 12 from an institute located in Karnataka. Also, either of the candidate’s parents must have studied for seven years at an institute located in Karnataka.

 

  • Candidate and either of his/her parent’s mother tongue is Kannada/Tulu/Kodava. Also, the parent must be a domicile in Karnataka state.

 

KEA NEET Counselling 2024 Process

 

The KEA NEET Counselling 2024 for MBBS admissions is conducted in four stages, Registration, Choice filling, Seat allotment, and Reporting. All these stages are equally important for those applying for KEA NEET Counselling 2024. KEA NEET Counselling 2024 last date has not yet been released and will be activated once it is out following the Round 2 Post Seat Allotment Dates.

 

KEA NEET Counselling 2024 Registration Process

 

To participate in the KEA NEET Counselling 2024, a candidate must register on the official website of KEA. Follow the steps given below to register:

 

Step 1: Go to the official website and select ‘UGET-2024 Online Registration’. Enter details such as the candidate's name, contact address details, category, PwD status, educational qualification details, date of birth, etc. Application ID and password will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number.

 

Step 2: Upload images of a recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and thumb impression (left hand).

 

Step 3: Pay the registration/counselling fee. The registration fee can be paid online using a credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidates can also pay the fee offline by downloading the bank challan.

 

Step 4: Save and print a copy of the application form and keep it safe for future use.
Online information provided by candidates in the application form for KEA NEET Counselling 2024 will be treated as correct and requests for any change will not be entertained by KEA.

The following documents are required for the verification process according to the Round 2 Post Seat Allotment Dates:

 

  • Copy of the KEA NEET Counselling 2024 application form (final copy post-submission)

 

  • Proof of payment of the counselling fee

 

  • NEET 2024 admit card

 

  • NEET 2024 result/scorecard

 

  • Class 10 & Class 12 mark sheet

 

  • Candidate’s study certificate

 

  • Valid photo ID proof

 

  • Recent passport-sized photograph (two in number)

 

  • Caste/caste income certificate (if applicable)

 

  • Rural study certificate (if claiming rural quota)

 

  • Kannada medium study certificate (if claiming Kannada medium quota)

 

  • Hyderabad-Karnataka Region Reservation Certificate (if applicable)

 

  • Parent’s study certificate/ hometown certificate/domicile certificate/employment certificate/cumulative record/marks card (if applicable)
