KNRUHS Telangana NEET Counselling 2024 MBBS & Dental Courses

 

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) Telangana released the NEET Counselling 2024 Medical Admission notice for MBBS and BDS Courses Under the Competent Authority Quota for 2024-25.

 

Applications are invited online from candidates who have qualified by securing the cutoff scores or above in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Telangana NEET Counselling UG 2024 for admission into the KNRUHS Undergraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2024-25 under Competent Authority Quota in Government and Private Medical and Dental Colleges affiliated to KNRUHS, Warangal, in the State of Telangana.

 

This KNRUHS notification announces online registration for web-based Telangana NEET Counselling to determine the State Merit position for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats only. These seats include Government Medical/Dental Colleges (after deducting 15% for the All India Quota) and Category ‘A’ seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority and Minority Medical Colleges, and Private Un-aided Non-Minority Dental Colleges, including Army Dental College, Hyderabad. The total number of seats available under the Competent Authority Quota in all categories and the seat matrix for the academic year 2024-25 will be notified on the KNRUHS website before exercising web options for Telangana NEET Counselling. Tuition fees will be as notified by the Government of Telangana.

 

KNRUHS Cut-off Scores for Telangana NEET Counselling UG 2024

 

Candidates must have secured the following cutoff scores or above in Telangana NEET Counselling-UG 2024 to be eligible for MBBS and BDS courses:

Candidates can register online and upload scanned original certificates on KNRUHS https://tsmedadm.tsche.in from 6:00 AM on 04-08-2024 to 6:00 PM on 13-08-2024.

KNRUHS Eligibility Criteria For Telangana NEET Counselling Admission 

To be eligible for Telangana NEET Counselling admission into the KNRUHS Undergraduate courses under the Competent Authority Quota in Telangana, candidates must:

 

1. Be Indian Nationals (or) Persons of Indian Origin (PIO), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders (PIO/OCI status issued before 04-03-2021).
2. Fulfill the following provisions as per G.O.Ms.No. 33 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated: 19-7-2024:

• They studied in an educational institution in the local area for at least four consecutive academic years, ending with the academic year in which they appeared or first appeared in the relevant qualifying examination.
• If not studied in an Educational Institution, they should have resided in the local area for at least four years immediately preceding the commencement date of the relevant qualifying examination.

 

Local Area: The State of Telangana. Candidates who have not studied in any educational institution and resided in the local area are eligible if they appear for the relevant qualifying KNRUHS examination in Telangana NEET Counselling.

 

KNRUHS Educational Qualification for Telangana NEET Counselling: As per NMC Regulations

 

Telangana NEET Counselling Candidates should have passed the Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology, and English.

 

• OC candidates: At least 50% marks in science subjects.
• BC/SC/ST candidates: Not less than 40% marks in science subjects.
• OC PWD candidates: Not less than 45% marks in science subjects.
• EWS category candidates: At least 50% marks in science subjects.

 

Telangana NEET Counselling Candidates must have qualified in Telangana NEET Counselling UG 2024 with the above KNRUHS  cut-off scores.

 

Age: Telangana NEET Counselling Candidates should have completed 17 years as of 31-12-2024. Those not 17 years old as of 31-12-2024 need not apply for Counselling. This age criterion applies to KNRUHS candidates of all categories.

 

Telangana NEET Counselling Particular Category: Persons with Disabilities (PWD)
