The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling for BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS Group B courses has progressed through three rounds. The competent Authority has organized an Online Stray Vacancy Round to allocate the remaining seats. The cut-off date for admission, as per Central Council guidelines, is 25/11/2024.

 

 

 

The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), and BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) Group B courses have progressed through three rounds, yet some seats remain vacant. To address this, the Competent Authority has organized an Online Stray Vacancy Round to allocate the remaining seats in Government, Corporation, Government-Aided, Private Unaided, and Minority Colleges. Eligibility Criteria for the Stray Vacancy Round



Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling Candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria to participate in the stray vacancy round. Eligibility is limited to Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling candidates who have qualified for NEET UG 2024 and have registered but have yet to be allotted a seat in any of the first three rounds of Group B counselling.


Eligible Candidates

  • NEET UG 2024 qualified candidates who have registered but were not allotted a seat in Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3.


Non-Eligible Candidates

  • Candidates who have accepted a seat in any round (Round 1, Round 2, or Round 3) in Group B.

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 of the All India Quota (State and AACCC) and joined the seat.

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 3 but failed to join the allotted seat in Group B.

 

Essential Guidelines for Stray Vacancy Round


The Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling stray vacancy round includes specific regulations to ensure a transparent and efficient seat allocation process:

  1. No New Registrations: Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling Candidates cannot register afresh for the stray vacancy round. Only those who registered earlier and were not allotted a seat in the first three rounds are eligible.

  2. New Choice Filling Requirement: Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling Candidates are required to submit new choices, as the preferences filled in Round 3 will not be considered in the stray vacancy rounds. The choices filled in Stray Vacancy Round-1 will be valid for all subsequent rounds.

  3. Mandatory Joining: If allotted a seat, Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling candidates must accept and join. Therefore, candidates need to be mindful and only select choices they intend to commit to.

  4. Document Submission: Physical joining at the allotted college requires submission of all original documents and the requisite fees. Payment can be made through Demand Draft (DD) or Cheque. If fees are paid by cheque on holidays, the payment must be replaced by DD on the next working day.

 

Documentation and Fee Requirements for Physical Joining

 

After the selection list is announced, Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling candidates must report physically to the allotted college within the specified period, bringing the following:

  1. All Original Documents: As per the requirements outlined by the college or institution.

  2. Requisite Fees: Maharashtra NEET UG 2024 AYUSH Counselling Candidates should prepare the necessary fee amount, payable through DD or cheque (if a cheque is used on holidays, it must be replaced by DD the following working day).
