NTRUHS MBBS & BDS Admissions 2024 Notice for Scouts & Guides Candidates

 

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada,(NTRUHS) has announced an important update on 09 September 2024 for candidates seeking admission into MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2024 under the "Scouts & Guides" category. This notice serves as a crucial reminder for applicants who have applied for admission under this category to stay informed about the latest developments and take necessary actions to ensure their eligibility and admission status.

 

Provisional Priority List Released

 

The university has published the Provisional Priority List for candidates applying under the Scouts & Guides category. Along with this list, they have also provided a list of Not Eligible candidates as determined by the office of the Scouts & Guides Department. These lists are crucial in determining which candidates will be considered for further rounds into the prestigious MBBS and BDS programs.

 

Both lists are available on the university’s official website: https://drntr.uhsap.in. Candidates are strongly encouraged to review these lists carefully to verify their status. If you find yourself listed as "Not Eligible" or notice any discrepancies, this notice provides you with an opportunity to raise concerns or clarify issues with the appropriate authorities.

 

Grievance Submission Process

 

For candidates who wish to dispute their eligibility or clarify any aspect of the provisional priority list, NTRUHS has made provisions for submitting grievances. All such concerns or clarifications must be directed to the Scouts & Guides Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada. The submission must be made through email to mbbsbdsadmissions24@gmail.com. 

 

Deadline for Grievance Submission

 

It is critical to note that the deadline for submitting any grievances or clarifications is 04:00 PM on 10th September 2024. Candidates are therefore advised to act promptly and ensure that their grievances are submitted well within the stipulated time.

NTRUHS NEET UG Counselling Eligibility Criteria

 

• The applying seekers should have qualified for the NEET Entrance Examination.

 

• Aspirants must have the domicile of Andhra Pradesh.

 

• The applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology. English is a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% marks. 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% marks are needed for Physically Handicap candidates.

 

• Age Criteria: The candidate should have completed 17 years as of 31-12-2024.
  The candidates born on or after 02-01-2005 are not eligible for admission to MBBS or BDS Courses.

 

NTRUHS NEET UG Counselling Process

 

Candidates can visit the official portal of Dr YSR University of Health Sciences to register for NTRUHS State Counselling for MBBS & BDS. Below, we have mentioned the step-by-step process of counselling.

 

Step 1:  Login & Registration: To enter the online portal of NTRUHS counselling, applicants can click on the link provided on this page when released. Click on the ‘web counselling’ option, after which applicants must enter their NEET rank, roll number, and registration number of the application form.

 

Step 2: Choice Filling Process: The online choice filling of  NTRUHS counselling will look on the screen. A list of colleges will be available with the college, college code, place, courses, and district name.

 

Step 3: Saving choices: After successfully selecting & Preference, fill in the details chosen and click on the ‘save’ button. The choices filled will be locked automatically after the scheduled time of NTRUHS counselling. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number, which must be entered in the space provided, then click on the ‘confirm’ button.

 

Documents Required for NTRUHS Counselling 2024

 

Candidates who will be allotted a seat in  NTRUHS counselling will be asked to report the following documents to complete the admission formalities.

 

• 10th Certificate.

 

• 12th Certificate.

 

• 12th Mark Sheet.

 

• NEET UG 2024 Admit Card.

 

• NEET UG 2024 Result/Scorecard.

 

• Category Certificate (if applicable).

 

• Domicile Certificate (for Uttar Pradesh candidates only).

 

• Certificate of Sub Category, If Applicable.

 

• ID Proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter card etc.)
