The round 1 All India Quota (AIQ) NEET PG counselling 2025 commenced on 17th October and is scheduled to end on 8th November. The eligible NEET PG-qualified candidates across India are now actively looking to secure the available 12,678 AIQ PG medical seats, which are distributed across 29 states in the country.

There are a total of 12,678 AIQ NEET PG seats all across India for the 2025 session. These seats are available under 10 categories across 54 different specializations including clinical, para-clinical, and pre-clinical. The AIQ NEET PG seats are available in both government and central universities. While 12,476 AIQ NEET PG seats are available in government institutes, 202 PG seats are available in central universities. The AIQ NEET PG seats are available in 260 institutes across India for the 2025 session.

This is followed by the Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Scheduled Caste (SC) categories, with 3,234 and 1,796 AIQ NEET PG seats, respectively. Obstetrics and Gynaecology specializations. 1,269 AIQ NEET PG 2025 seats are available for M.D. General Medicine and 1,267 seats are available for M.D. Anaesthesiology. M.S. General Surgery and M.S.
