NEET UG 2024: Application Form Filling Process

 

The NEET application process is a five-step process candidates need to follow to apply. The documents and details candidates should keep handy when filling out the NEET application form should be reviewed beforehand. The NTA will announce the last date for NEET registration along with the brochure. Candidates wishing to appear for the test must complete the form before the last date.

 

 

 

 

NEET UG 2024 Application Process - Steps to Follow

 

  • Registration for the NEET
  • Fill out the application form
  • Uploading of images
  • Application fee payment
  • Form Print Confirmation

 

NEET UG 2024 Application Form: Documents Required

 

 

 

  • Valid identity proof: Aadhaar card, ration card, bank account passbook, passport, or any other government photo ID card is required.

 

  • Personal details: Detailed information about the candidate and parents, such as their name, date of birth, permanent address, active email address, and mobile number.

 

  • Images: An image of a recent passport-sized photograph, a postcard-sized photograph, a signature, and the impression of the left thumb.

 

Step 1: Registration

 

  • Visit the official website of the National Testing Agency
  • Click on “Fill Registration Form” or the invitation for NEET Registration 2024
  • Click on 'New Registration' and read the instructions

 

Enter the following details on the NEET UG Application Form 2024:

 

  1. Candidate’s Name
  2. Mother’s name
  3. Father’s name
  4. Date of birth
  5. Category
  6. Gender
  7. Nationality
  8. Persons with Disability
  9. Identification Type
  10. Identification Number
  11. Mobile number
  12. Email Id
  13. Password
  14. Enter Security Pin

Step 2: Filling up the NEET 2024 Application Form

 

  • Click on “Click here to log in”.
  • Login using the application number and password
  • The NEET form 2024 will open on your screen
  • Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot be changed

The form consists of 12 sections.

  • Check all the details carefully, as they must be kept the same after the final submission of the NEET 2024 application form.
  • To submit the duly-checked application form, click “Yes, please do” on the confirmation pop-up.

Step 3: Upload scanned images in the Application Form

 

  • Click on “Upload your recent documents”
  • Select the files to be uploaded
  • Click on “Next”

 

Step 4: Make Payment

 

  • Select the desired mode of payment- (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI)
