The NTRUHS AP NEET PG 2024 MQ Round 3 counselling, or the mop-up round, comes after round 2. This round is crucial as it gives an additional opportunity for candidates who did not secure a seat in the first two rounds of NTRUHS AP NEET PG 2024 MQ counselling.   • Not Joined/ Reported: If a candidate does not report or join the allotted seat in round 2, then that particular seat will not be available for exercising web options in round 3.

  • Seat Matrix: Candidates can view the number of seats available in each college. They are advised to research and gather details like the college fee structure, facilities, achievements, and other essential information to make better decisions while choosing colleges in the choice-filling stage.

  • Choice Filling: Candidates can choose colleges and courses according to their preference in the choice-filling stage, as this directly impacts seat allotments. Candidates can enter as many colleges and courses as they want. However, they are advised to enter only the names of colleges and courses they are interested in. Candidates are also advised to take a print of the choice-filled page for future reference.

  • Seat Allotments: Candidates are allotted seats based on their NEET PG percentile, cut-off scores, category, and online option entries. The results of the seat allotments will be posted on the official website.

  • Reporting to College: Candidates who are selected in the NTRUHS AP NEET PG 2024 MQ round 3 counselling must download the provisional allotment letter by paying the university fee of Rs. 49,600 /-. They must report to the Principal of the allotted college before the time specified on the allotment letter. Candidates must know that the university fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • Verification of Documents: While reporting to the college, there is a separate session to verify the original documents. Candidates must submit all the required documents. Any discrepancies noted at the time of verification will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. After successful verification of the original certificates, the colleges will deem the candidates eligible for the allotted seats.

  • Payment of Fees: After document verification, candidates must pay the required tuition fees. They are advised to take photocopies of the payment receipt for future reference. Only after the payment of fees will a candidate confirm the allotted seat.

  • Upgraded Seats: Candidates who successfully upgrade seats in the mop-up round have no claim over the allotted seats in round 1 or 2.

  • Availability of Seats: The vacated seats from the counselling rounds due to upgrades are made available for the other candidates on the merit list.

The stray vacancy round concludes the NTRUHS AP NEET PG 2024 MQ counselling process. The counselling steps within the stray vacancy round are the same except for these few changes.

 

  • Fresh Choices: Candidates participating in the stray vacancy round will not be able to view their previous choices. The choices filled during the mop-up stage will not be considered. They must enter fresh choices for the mop-up round after checking the seat matrix.

  • Debarment: Candidates who do not report or join the allotted seat in the stray vacancy round will be debarred from participating in the NTRUHS AP NEET PG counselling for a year.

Here are the eligibility criteria for the NTRUHS AP NEET PG 2024 MQ stray vacancy round.

 

  • No Seat Allotments: Candidates not allotted seats in the first three rounds are eligible for the stray vacancy round.

  • Allotments under State and AIQ: Candidates who were allotted seats under the state and AIQ quotas in round 1 or round 2 NEET PG counselling but did not join are eligible for this round. However, the allotted seats will not be available to exercise web options in the stray vacancy round.

  • Allotment in the Mop-up Round: Candidates allotted seats in the mop-up round are not eligible for the stray vacancy round.

  • Holding a Seat: Candidates holding a PG medical seat allotted in round 1, round 2, and round 3 are not eligible for the stray vacancy round.

  • Allotment in the Stray Round: Candidates who have been allotted in the stray round of the AP State Competent Authority Quota are not eligible to participate in the State MQ Stray Round of counselling.
