Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 Round 2 Dates and MBBS, BDS Merit List Release

The schedule for Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 round 2 dates has been updated. According to the revised timeline, candidates can make corrections or edits to their online application forms by September 12, 2024. MBBS, BDS Merit List Release for candidates who have expressed their willingness to participate in round 2 of Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 will be published on September 13, 2024. The choice-filling process for round 2 will also commence on September 13, with the last date for submitting choices being September 16, 2024.

 

The provisional result for Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 round 2 will be announced on September 19, 2024, and will be available online through Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). Candidates can download the seat allotment result from the official website, bfuhs.ac.in, with a direct link provided for easy access.

 

Round 2 dates registration for round 2 of Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 began on September 7, 2024, and can be completed on the BFUHS website. It is important to note that qualifying for NEET 2024 is a mandatory requirement for participating in the Punjab NEET Counselling 2024, in which BFUHS conducts the allocation of 85% of state quota seats.

Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

 

Candidates planning to apply for Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 should carefully review the eligibility criteria before registering. Those who do not meet the criteria will be excluded from the seat allotment process, and their Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 fee will not be refunded. The eligibility requirements are as follows:

Admissions to MBBS and BDS seats under the 85% state quota will be conducted through Punjab NEET 2024 counselling. NEET 2024 qualified candidates need to register on the BFUHS official website. After registration, they must submit their preferences for courses and colleges online.

Step 1: Registration

To participate in Punjab NEET 2024 counselling, candidates must register on the BFUHS official website. Those who do not register within the given time will not be eligible for thePunjab NEET Counselling 2024 process.

 

How to complete the Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 application form?

 

1. Visit the official website: bfuhs.ac.in.

 

2. Register using your mobile number and email ID.

 

3. Enter details such as name, father's name, course preferences, college, category, quota, NEET 2024 marks, etc.

 

4. Complete the form and submit it.

 

5. Save your registration ID and password for future use.

 

Step 2: Payment of Registration/Application Fee

The application fee for Punjab NEET Counselling 2024 must be paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking. If the fee is not paid, the application will be invalid.

 

Step 3: State Merit List

BFUHS will create a state merit list, available on the institute's official website. The list will include only candidates who have registered with BFUHS. Rankings will be based on both state merit and the candidate’s category.

 

Step 4: Filling Institutional Preferences

In this step, candidates need to log into their registered accounts to select their preferred colleges/institutes. Seat allocation is based on the choices submitted at this stage, so candidates must carefully choose their preferences.

 

Step 5: Seat Allotment List

BFUHS will prepare a seat allotment list based on the candidates' choices and their position on the state merit list. The list will be available on the official website.

 

Step 6: Reporting to the Allotted Institute

Candidates selected in the seat allotment list must report to the assigned institute for document verification. Upon verification and confirmation of eligibility, the institute's head will issue a bank challan for fee payment.

 

Step 7: Payment of Tuition Fees

Finally, candidates must deposit the tuition fees online through the designated bank. The fee structure for medical and dental colleges in Punjab can be found in the table on the BFUHS website.

  • Certificate of Class 10/birth certificate (as proof of age)

 

  • Marksheet of Class 11

  • EWS certificate (if applicable)

 

  • Certificate issued by the head of the institution certifying that the candidate has completed Class 10 and Class 12 from their institute
