The Office of the Chairman of the AYUSH UG/PG Counselling Board, Government of Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH, has announced the tentative Round 2 Schedule for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH schedule for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), and BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) for the 2024-25 academic session. Round 3 Offline Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH and Spot Admission for B.Sc. Nursing in Assam (2024)

 

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has announced Round 3 of offline Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH and spot admission for vacant seats in the first-year B.Sc. Nursing course across five government nursing colleges in Assam. This notice pertains to candidates who appeared for the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2024, conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS).

 

The Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH is scheduled for 30th September 2024, at 1:00 PM, at the office of the DME, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria as per their rank in the merit list of CEE 2024 are invited to attend.

The detailed schedule for Round 2 of BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH for 2024-25 is as follows:

Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH Fee Payment

28th September 2024 to 3rd October 2024 (Up to 7:00 PM)

Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH fee of INR 25,000/- must be paid before choice filling. Payment can be made online and is mandatory for participation in the seat allotment process.

Choice Filling Deadline with Auto-lock

3rd October 2024 (Up to 11:59 PM)

All choices must be submitted by this deadline. Auto-lock will apply for those who fail to submit choices manually.

Tentative Allotment for 2nd Round

5th October 2024 (After 5:00 PM)

Tentative allotment will be released based on the choices submitted and the available seats.

Provisional Allotment for 2nd Round

7th October 2024 (After 5:00 PM)

Candidates will be able to download their allotment letters from this date.

Registration and Choice Filling Process

 

  • New Candidates: New candidates who still need to participate in the Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH process must register first. They must create a profile, fill in personal details, and upload necessary documents before filling in.

  • Previously Registered Candidates: Candidates who have already registered in the first round but are looking for an upgrade must also participate in the choice-filling and select fresh choices for the Round 2 Schedule for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS.

  • Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH Fee: INR 25,000/- The Counselling fee is compulsory and must be deposited before choosing to fill. This fee applies to all candidates, including those opting for NRI seats.

 

Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH Fee Payment: Key Details

 

The Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH fee of INR 25,000 is mandatory for all candidates who wish to participate in the 2nd round of Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH. The payment must be completed before filling, and candidates can opt for NRI seats if applicable. Here's how to pay the fee:

 

  • Payment Facility Open: 28th September to 3rd October 2024 (Up to 7:00 PM)

  • Mode of Payment: Online (through net banking, UPI, or card)

  • Deadline for Payment: 3rd October 2024 (7:00 PM)

 

Failure to pay the Rajasthan Counselling AYUSH fee within the stipulated time frame will make candidates ineligible for seat allotment.

 

Allotment Process

 

After the choice filling is completed, the tentative allotment will be announced on 5th October 2024, followed by the provisional allotment on 7th October 2024. All candidates who are allotted seats must download their allotment letters from the official website and report to the AYUSH UG Counselling Board Office at the AYUSH Bhawan, Jaipur.

 

The reporting process will involve:

 

  1. Downloading the Allotment Letter: Available from 7th October 2024 (After 4:00 PM)
  2. Reporting at the Counselling Board Office: From 8th October 2024 to 13th October 2024. Venue: AYUSH Bhawan- Room No. 214, Sector 26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur

  3. Document Submission: Original documents as specified, Two printouts of the application form, and 1 set of self-attested photocopies of all documents

  4. Fee Payment: Remaining college fee (demand draft/online payment in favor of "Chairman, AYUSH UG Admission Counselling Board, Jaipur")

 

Important Documents Required for Reporting

 

  • Allotment letter (Downloaded from the official portal)

  • Original certificates and mark sheets (10th & 12th)

  • Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)

  • Domicile certificate

  • ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport)

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended school

  • Character certificate from the previous institution attended

  • Recent passport-size photographs
