Seat Allotment Rounds

  • After the UGCET results were released, KEA conducted several rounds of counseling and seat allocation to ensure UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 candidates were allocated seats based on their ranks, preferences, and availability.

  • Round 1 (Initial Round): This was the primary seat allotment round, where eligible candidates were allocated seats based on merit. Students were required to fill in their choices online, selecting their preferred colleges and courses. After seat allotment, they could either accept the seat, participate in further rounds, or exit.

  • Round 2 (Second Round): The second round offered another chance for UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 candidates who hadn’t secured seats in the initial round or those who chose to upgrade. In this round, unfilled seats from the first round were reallocated, giving candidates with lower ranks a chance at their desired colleges if vacancies arose.

  • Extended Round: An extended round was held if seats remained after the second round. This round included students who hadn’t received any seats earlier and those who did not confirm their allotment. The goal was to maximize seat occupancy before the final rounds, providing more opportunities for all.

  • Mop-Up Round: The UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 mop-up round filled any remaining vacant seats, giving eligible candidates one last chance to gain admission. Typically, students admitted in the first or second round were not eligible to participate, as the focus was on those still without a seat.

Essential Instructions for UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 Candidates

  1. Download and Save Important Documents: After registration, candidates should download their verification slip from the UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 website. Once seat allotment is confirmed, candidates must download the admission order and make the necessary fee payments within the stipulated timeline.

  2. Exercise Options Carefully: Candidates eligible for option entry should thoroughly research available seats on the UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024  website and exercise their options based on preference and merit.

  3. Report to College on Time: Once seats are allotted, candidates should report to the assigned college with all required original documents by November 14, 2024.

The UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 Stray Vacancy Round offers eligible candidates a final chance to secure admission to B.Sc. Agriculture, Veterinary, and AYUSH programs. By adhering to the UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 schedule and following the required procedures, candidates can complete the admission process and join their preferred course.

Tips for Candidates

  • Stay Updated: Regularly check KEA's official website and notifications to stay informed about seat matrix updates, dates, and eligibility for each round.

  • Document Readiness: Prepare all essential documents for verification at each stage.

  • Flexible Preferences: List multiple options during choice filling to increase chances of selection in UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024.

The UGCET KEA AYUSH 2024 stray vacancy round is the last opportunity for candidates to secure admission. Seats remaining vacant even after the mop-up round are available to eligible candidates. This direct allotment round is conducted offline, often on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the institution’s guidelines.
