As per the latest update, the authority has revised  Round 1 Centralized Admission Process for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024. NEET-qualified candidates are eligible to participate in the Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 process.

Candidates must follow the given steps for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024  Round 1 Centralized Admission Process

 

• Step 1: Log in to the website using your login ID.

 

• Step 2: Download the allotment letter using your login ID.

 

• Step 3: Report to the allotted college with the required fee and documents.

 

• Step 4: Collect your admission letter from the college.

 

The counselling board has conducted the seat allotment process based on all the information filled in by the candidates during the online application. This allotment is provisional.

 

• Candidates can download their seat allotment letter from the university website by logging in with the provided credentials.

 

NOTE: If any candidate does not report to the allotted institution by the final deadline of September 27, 2024, or fails to meet the required criteria, their seat allotment will be cancelled.

 

• The Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 board has allocated seats based on the details filled in by candidates who participated in the counselling process for Uttar Pradesh Centralized Counselling 2024.

 

• Candidates must present all necessary educational and residential documents during the admission process per the rules laid out by the respective institution. Admission will only be granted after verifying these documents.

 

• All responsibility for meeting the eligibility requirements lies with the candidates, and the institution will confirm eligibility before offering admission.

 

• Only officially verified documents (category, residence, academic, etc.) will be accepted for admission. No undertakings, affidavits, or acknowledgments will be considered in place of original documents.

 

• The final deadline for admissions based on the first round of counselling is September 27, 2024. After this date, no further admissions for the Round 1 Centralized Admission Process will be conducted, and candidates may participate in the second round if required.

Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 admission criteria

 

The admission criteria for Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 are given below:

 

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats: 15% of seats in state government medical colleges are reserved under the AIQ. Admissions to these seats are handled through NEET counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

 

• Central/Deemed universities: Admissions to all seats in deemed and central universities, including AIIMS institutes within the state, will be conducted through the NEET 2024 counselling process by MCC.

 

• 85% state quota seats: The remaining 85% of seats in government medical colleges fall under the state quota. These admissions will be managed by HNBUMU through Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024.

 

• Private colleges: For the 2024 Uttarakhand MBBS/BDS admissions, seats in private medical and dental institutions will be allotted via Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 conducted by HNBUMU.

Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 

 

The Uttarakhand NEET Counselling 2024 will be organized for eligible candidates, consisting of two rounds of counselling for MBBS/BDS admissions, followed by a mop-up round if seats remain unfilled. During the counselling process, candidates must select their preferred courses and colleges.
