CGDME Chhattisgarh Released NEET MDS 2024 Stray Vacancy Allotment Notice

The Director of Medical Education (DME) Chhattisgarh has announced the Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 stray vacancy allotment extended notice on 13th September 2024. The second round of scrutiny and admission for stray vacancies will be held from 10th to 11th September 2024 in offline mode.

 

The Director of Medical Education (DME) Chhattisgarh released the Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 stray vacancy allotment notice on 09 September 2024 at their official website cgdme.in.

 

Recently on 13 September 2024, the stray vacant allotment dates have been extended up to 14 September 2024. 

 

The second round of stray vacancy Scrutiny and Admission Process for Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 will be conducted according to the following schedule:

For the Extended Stray Vacancy Round in Chhattisgarh state quota dental postgraduate seats (MDS), the admission process will follow the below schedule:

Note: All private dental medical colleges and government dental medical colleges of Chhattisgarh state are directed to ensure the completion of the admission process for eligible candidates within the stipulated time.

 

The concerned private dental colleges must ensure the full Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024  admission process is carried out under the supervision of their authorized officials and staff at the respective Scrutiny site.

 

Note:

 

1. Admission will only be considered valid once the Admission Receipt is issued. Therefore, candidates must collect their stray vacancy Admission Receipt and keep a copy.

 

2. The Scrutiny Receipt issued by the institution will be valid until 08:00 PM on the last date of Scrutiny. The stray vacancy admission Receipt will be valid until 11:59 PM on the last date of admission.

 

3. Start the scrutiny process under the Chhattisgarh Dental Postgraduate (MDS) Regulation, 2017, as early as possible to avoid last-minute difficulties in the stray vacancy scrutiny and Admission process.

 

4. As per the instructions from the Chhattisgarh State Government, the Department of Medical Education of the state, the admission process will be conducted as per the regulations issued by the competent authority. Hence, beware of fraud involving admission by any individual or institution.

CGDME Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 Eligibility Criteria

 

  • The application seekers should have qualified for the NEET Entrance Examination.

 

  • In addition, aspirants must have the domicile of Chattisgarh.

 

  • The applicants must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Biotechnology. English is a compulsory subject with a minimum of 50% marks; 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% marks are necessary for Physically Handicapped candidates.

 

  • Age Criteria: The candidate should have completed 17 years as of 31-12-2024.
    The candidates born on or after 02-01-2004 are not eligible for
    MBBS or BDS Courses admission.

Candidates can visit the Director of Medical Education, Raipur’s official portal, to register for CGDME Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 counselling. Below we have mentioned the step-by-step process of CGDME Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 Counselling.

 

 

Step 1. Registration Process:

 

Candidates must register on the official website; then, they must create the User ID and Password for subsequent logins and pay the CGDME Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 2024 fee.

 

 

Step 2. Document Verification:

 

After successful registration, applicants must proceed with the document verification. It will be essential to carry the original documents and one set of photocopies for proof.

 

 

Step 3. Choice Filling & Locking:

 

Candidates must fill in the preferences/choices for colleges to which they want admission. Applicants are advised not to forget to lock the filled options and print out them for future purposes.

 

 

Step 4. Seat Allotment & Reporting:

 

The CGDME Chhattisgarh NEET MDS 20244 conducted authority will display the seat allotment result on the website after some days of choice filling. Applicants must report to the allotted college for admission and the provisional admission letter.

  • NEET 2024 admit card

 

  • NEET 2024 scorecard

 

  • Class 10 pass certificate/Date of birth certificate

 

  • Class 12 or equivalent examination mark sheet

 

  • Transfer Certificate issued from the last attended institute

 

  • Pass certificate from Class 6 to Class 12

 

  • Permanent caste certificate, if necessary

 

  • Aadhaar Card

 

  • Minority certificate, if applicable

 

  • Income certificate, if claiming fee exemption

 

  • Undertaking signed by the parents and candidates that document about caste and area in original.

 

  • Local status certificate
