  • Visit the Official Website: Candidates must visit the official website to complete the NEET UG 2026 application form (https://neet.nta.nic.in/)

  • Click on the Registration Link: Candidates must click on the ‘Registration for NEET(UG) – 2026 is LIVE!’ link on the official website and then click on ‘Registration for NEET(UG) – 2026’

  • Read the Information Bulletin: It is vital for candidates to go through the official information bulletin before filling out the NEET UG 2026 application form. The official information bulletin consists of all the vital details a candidate should know about NEET UG 2026. Candidates will know about the NEET UG 2026 exam, the counselling process, documents required for each category, and other vital information. Candidates can download the official information bulletin and read it.

  • Register for NEET UG 2026: Candidates wishing to participate in NEET UG 2026 must first register themselves before filling out the NEET UG 2026 application form by clicking on ‘New Registration’. After reviewing the details, candidates must check the ‘I agree’ box at the bottom and click on the ‘Submit and Send OTP’ option. Once the received OTP is inserted, candidates will receive an application number. Candidates must note down the application number.

  • Log in to the NEET UG 2026 Application Portal: Candidates must then click on the NEET UG 2026 application link to complete the online NEET UG 2026 application form. They must then enter the provided application number, the created password, and the displayed captcha to log in to the NEET UG 2026 application portal.

  • Complete the 12 Application Requirements: Candidates must click on the ‘Application Form’ option. There will be 12 requirements that candidates must fill here.
