The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has released the provisional MD/MS seat matrix for round 1 NEET PG counselling 2026. As per the official notifications, there are 2,745 total MD/MS seats for round 1 Maharashtra NEET PG counselling 2026, which are distributed across 54 medical colleges (private and government) in the state.
