Following the NEET PG 2025 exam postponement to August 3^rd, a conduct notice was released by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on June 7^th, 2025. It contains information regarding the city preference link for the NEET PG 2025 exam and vital dates. The NEET PG 2025 exam is scheduled for August 3^rd, 2025, and the exam will be conducted in a single shift from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

 

• Addition of Exam Centers: The examinations authority has decided to increase the number of exam centers to accommodate all the candidates in a single shift.
  
  
• Choosing the Exam City: Candidates have been advised to re-submit their venue preferences by accessing the city preference link once it is live. They can choose an exam center in their city or any place in India as per their convenience. The city preference link will be live on June 13^th, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. Candidates will be allowed to enter their exam city preferences until June 17^th, 2025, upto 11:55 p.m.

The application window to choose the exam cities will open on June 13^th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and close on June 17^th, 2025, at 11:55 p.m. NBEMS will allow candidates to edit their exam city preferences from June 20^th, 2025 to June 22^nd, 2025. The authority will declare the exam venues to candidates on July 21^st, 2025. The admit cards for the NEET PG exam 2025 will be issued on July 31^st, 2025. Allotment of the Exam Cities and Centers

 

The NEET PG exam 2025 centers will be allotted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). The centers will be allotted on a first come first serve basis. The exact NEET PG 2025 exam center will be informed through the admit cards released on July 31^st, 2025. The candidates will have to make the arrangements by themselves to reach the exam center.

 

If seats are not available in their preferred cities while filling out the application form, candidates must choose the ‘others’ option. The examination authority will make all the efforts to include them in the city of their choice during the center allotment (based on the residing address provided by the candidate). If in case no centers are available in the state, then the exam authority will allot a center in any state in India.

 

 

Note: Candidates will be able to edit only their names, categories, nationality, mobile numbers, email IDs, and exam cities when the edit window opens. They must ensure that all the entered details are correct by double-checking them.
