After registration, they will need to submit their course and college preferences online. BFUHS will prepare the seat allocation merit list based on these preferences.

Here’s a breakdown of the Punjab NEET 2024 counselling process:

1. Registration and Application:

  • Access the official Punjab NEET 2024 counselling portal.

  • Create an account and complete the online application form accurately.

  • Ensure that scanned copies of your photograph and signature (30 KB each, as per the specified format) are ready for upload.

  • Pay the application fee through the available online payment gateway before the deadline.

2. Document Verification:

  • If you fall under a micro-reserved category, attend the document verification at the designated venue and time. Bring all original documents for verification.

3. Provisional Merit List and Online Counselling:

  • Keep checking the BFUHS website for the release of the provisional merit list.

  • Participate in the online counselling process via the official portal during the designated dates. Here, you will submit your preferences for:

  • Course: Choose between MBBS and BDS based on your interests.

  • College: Prioritize colleges based on factors such as location, infrastructure, and reputation.

  • Category: Choose the relevant category (General, SC, ST, etc.) as per reservation policies.

  • Quota: Specify your preferred quota type (All India Quota, State Quota, etc.) according to your eligibility.

  • Seat allocation will be based on your NEET merit and the preferences you submit, so make your choices carefully.

4. Provisional Seat Allotment and Reporting:

  • After the counselling, check the provisional seat allotment letter on the online portal, which will specify your allocated course and college.

  • Download the allotment letter and report to the designated college within the specified time. Late reporting could result in cancellation of the seat.
