Telangana has 56 medical colleges offering a total of 8440 MBBS seats, ranking it 5th among all states in India.
Out of these, 28 are government colleges with 3890 seats, while the remaining 28 are private and offer 4550 seats.
Candidates must complete the Kaloji Narayan Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) Telangana State NEET UG 2024 Counselling application form to be eligible for counselling rounds.
KNRUHS is responsible for the counselling process of Telangana State for admission to 85% of State Quota seats in government colleges and 100% of seats in private colleges. Across India, there are currently 703 medical colleges offering a total of 1,08,988 MBBS seats and 29,088 BDS seats.
